活動報告

汐田優斗さん（自然科学教育部博士前期課程2年）が国際会議Taiwan and Japan Conference on Circuits and Systems (TJCAS 2025) において、Best Poster Awardを受賞しました。

本賞は、三次元積層LSIシステムにおけるTSV（Through Silicon Via: シリコン貫通ビア）を用いた並列チップ間通信の効率化に関するチップ設計に関するもので、

同会議における83件のポスター発表のうち最も優れたポスター発表として表彰されたものです。
